Posted By Joe Ridley Hi there, In following on from the last thread I posted, I am going to be preparing a report to senior management requesting commitment from them for H&S and resources to be set aside. What I am asking is, does anyone have a report format that I could adopt as I am new to this and have very little experience in completing reports of this nature. Hope you can help Cheers Joe
