Does anyone have any information or examples of workplace inspection checklists? Any help would be appreciated.

Joanne,
There are a couple of inspection forms you can download and tinker with at www.borders-safety.com , just follow the link to the Downloads page.

Hope this helps.

Joanne, Theres a good inspedction checklist in Principles of Health and Safety by Allan St John Holt.

Perhaps you could get some ideas from this or if you ask Allan nicely he may let you use it.

Dear Joanne,

The HSE book HSG129 "Health and Safety in Engineering Workshops" ISBN 0-7176-1717-3 has a model checklist within. Let us know how you get on.

Regards,

Gordon.
