Posted By John Allen I have it in the back of my mind that the HSE issued some guidance about two years ago to the effect that if two installations which had previously worked together did so again a new COSC was not required. Can't find the reference on HSE direct or HSE website. Anyone help?

Posted By steveorji The world is a dynamic entity, as a result there is always room for review and update. Two projects handled two years ago might had nearmisses, accidents and fatality etc. In the cousre of investigation it was observed that The Job hazard analyisis and Risk Assessment had some lapses, Then those pointed errors ought to be corrected and updated. We have to source to site where information about safety
