Posted By catherine JMaher hi I did a lot on this at my last company and found that RoSPA produce loads of useful documents the main threads of a policy (I would recommend) would cover: - employer responsibilities ie providing a safe car, regularly inspected and serviced, hand free kits etc - employee responsibilities, regularly checks themselves (eg oil, screen wash etc), plan journeys ie don't work 16 hour days, take regular breaks on journeys eg every 2 hours of driving 10 minute stretch, etc we went a bit further and made an annual DVLA check on people's licences (with their permission)to check they had not been disqualified or had serious convictions - it happens! hope this helps Cath
