I am about to employ my first cleaner to work for my recently formed cleaning company.As the job is only small and requires just 1 cleaner are they aloud to be in the building on there own cleaning nightly? Some body mentioned to me about a lone enployer rule?

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) produce a good free leaflet on lone working, which I have sent to your e-mail address.

It is not against the law to work alone, but there are certain things you must do. All is explained in the leaflet.
