I write to seek more info. and reference on HSE index. There seems to be a need for integration. Anyone has any reference or contact source on a single HSE index for any industry?
Look forward to hear from you.

Not sure what you are asking for Allen, but if you mean a comparison of clauses in OHSAS 18001, ISO9001 and ISO14001, there is one in OHSAS 18001:1999, updated in Amendment 1:2002 that takes account of the changed ISO9001:2000 (the original in the published standard had been to the 1994 Standard).

Sean,
Sorry, may be I did not make it clear or the market does not have an index yet.
I do not mean to compare the different clauses of various management systems. But rather, a single HSE index for a project or a constructing building.
Similar to the index for a stock market, a HSE index can be a reflection (and a tool) of how good or bad some project's HSE performance (of course, the safety stats. can carry some weighting).
If you or anyone has knownledge of such an index, please kindly share your understandings.
Happy sharing,
allen

The only reasonably comparable data is RIDDOR reported, but even that is fairly approximate. If you want to go further you need to look at benchmarking organisations. Otherwise you could try using other company fact books / shareholder reports, but they are full of weird self-definitions.
Good luck and if you find an answer let me know.
