Posted By Joanne Laing We are looking at changing our shift patterns to meet customer demands. Does anyone have any information relating to shift work - based on 8 hour shifts over 7 days, including health effects, pros/cons?? Also if any one has any shift modlels i could look at it would be much appreciated. Regards, Jo
