Posted By Benedict Thierry I have a situation - the MD I work with wants to put in the products used column ABC/DEFRA approved mix. I am arguing that this will not fully satisfy the statutory requirements. Unfortunately - the statutory requirements are a little gray. The Green Code on pgs 76 & 77 gives an example of a spray record and clearly says that each individual product in a mix must be identified and recorded. However, the Green Code has a similar standing in law as the Highway code - not legal but if found to be not following it you will be deemed to be breaking the law unless what you are doing is considered better. BASIS, I'm told, have said that what needs to be included on a spray record sheet is a gray area and that provided product labels are available this would satisfy an auditor. I'm interested in your feelings, thoughts and/or interpretations of current spray recoprd requirements. Benedict
