I would welcome the sharing of any proceedures, permit forms etc that members use when allowing the temporary overide of safety interlocks.

The advice we were given by HSE when coming across this problem was to include the fact in the risk assessment with the risks that go along with it and keep a list of persons permitted to by-pass the interlocks.
