Would anyone know the answer to this querie?

A school is letting it's hall and school kitchen to members of the public (families) who wish to hold their wedding on site. The kitchen is usually used by a contractor who has their own Public Liability Insurance etc. and the school is covered by the Local Authorities PLI. Where does the school stand, however, if the family hiring the hall are injured in connection with their activities in the kitchen or burns the school down even?

any comments on this would be welcome or even a point in the right direction as to where to find info on it.

Good morning Tracey.
I would think that the local Education authority would be the source of information.
As a school governor myself I await any replies that you get.
