Posted By Adam Griffiths I am currently designing a number of basic health and safety training sessions for staff. Typically, between 2 and 4 hours in duration and covering areas like Risk Assessment, Fire, COSHH etc. I am keen to involve the participants as much as possible, rather than deliver the more traditional 'lecture' style health and saftey training. I am seeking to maintain the group's motivation towards the subject, whilst communicating the essential information! Can anybody suggest some sources where I may find ideas to encourage such group interaction? I am ideally looking for practicals, games, group work, case study etc Your help would be very much appreciated. Adam
