I am currently starting the second year of my M.S.C in Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Portsmouth and I have been asked to answer a question on "Employer’s legal responsibilities regarding Psychological injury caused at work"
would anyone care to offer some guidance or general tips on were I would need to look?
Thanks Peter

The HSE are very interested in stress at work; go to hse.gov.uk and doa search to find out what they are saying and proposing to do.

Morning Peter,
One small thought, how is it possible to be carrying out a Masters when the question posed identifies that the basics have not been covered in the first year?

I suggest you get the transcript of Hatton and Others v Sutherland as this gives the up to date situation. If you can't find it I have a document which gives the main points.
