Can anyone please help, I am desperate to obtain a training package for mobile scaffolds. If you have or could point me in the direction of such a package I would love to hear from you.

suggest you try PASMA ( Prefabribricated Scaffolding Manufactures Association)
phone 01206 382666 I know they publish guidance on installation of mobile towers
