With regards to section 51 of the 74 Act does anybody know of a good definiton of what is classed as a domestic servant?

A domestic servant is a person employed to carry out domestic duties in a private house by the householder, i.e. cleaner or cook. However, if any of those duties were carried out for paying guests/visitors then that would not be the case.
