Does anybody know where I could get hold of a video on the Herald of Free Enterprise Zeebrugge Disaster and investigation etc.

Any information would be appreciated.

As a health & safety officer employed within the shipping industry the only video/tv coverage I have seen on this matter was that shown on a television programme titled 'Disater'. It was on one of the Sky/ITV channels and comes around now and again. You might want to contact them or the IOSH Technical Information Section as they could have something. IOSH should have a copy of the report into the disaster as it was part of the NEBOSH Part 2 Diploma Syllabus as a case study.
