Hi at the site that im presently employed the labourers drive around the site on a forward tipping dumper but in the mornings they also tow a large diesel bowser to fill the various generators and lights around the site, but an engineer has mentioned that they need appropriate training for this activity, as anyone got information on this?

Thanks

Don't forget that the bowser when it is parked up the rest of the day is subject to the Oil Storage Regs - It needs to be bunded - there are a number of these available now with an integral bund to match the regs- Double skinned only does not meet the regs. The easiest way to spot them is to look where the valves are - if they are all within the containment then it is likely to be bunded
