Has anyone heard the rumour that the New Accident Books are to be withdrawn?

Something to do with the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1979 & the Social Security Adminisration Act 1992.

Can anyone shed any light.

mank thanks

They are being reprinted this month. The format is not being changed, just the advice notes which have some mistakes in them about the Data Protection Act. The issue is one of confidentiality under human rights, not the DPA.
