Can anybody tell me, is there a recommended cubic ft. measurement for children in schools. I know within the workplace regs it states 11 cubic ft. for workstations but does this apply to schools? also, does anyone know the maximum temperature that hot water should be for children in schools?

guidance can be found in the document “Education (School Premises) Regulations 1996”.
This covers the welfare bits, the temperatures should be as low as possible to avoid scalding, but hot enoigh for bacteria control i.e. legionella, best control is via thermostaic control valves at hot taps blending the hot and cold water
