I am currently undertaking a project (for a Bsc(Hons)degree in safety) on the above regulations with specific regard to current compliance and future training packages that may be required to enhance their effectiveness. Any data,information or helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

I do a lot of training for CDM, mainly to organisations that should have had competence and knowledge of the regs already as they have been working under the regs since 1994.
I am not sure how you can enhace training but clearly a big push on the regs to all parties must be undertaken. 10 years on and parties are still not playing to the rules.
