Posted By Paul Oliver hi Shane, I don't know if your safety management system is up and running as we speak but a review of the policies and processess involved would be a good place to start. i've recently started a post where they had practically nothing in place and so i've been producing systems and training tools in the following areas: Sub Contractor Competence H&S Awareness / Compliance Pre-Start Checklists Pre-Tender Questionarres / Generic Answers Pre-Contract Questionarres Young Persons at Work: Identify people and work processess Method Statment reviews: Update British Standards references. Employee competence Management of asbestos / complilation of an asbestos register / surveys & Sampling. Fleet driver awareness. The list goes on and on and on, aswell as trying to get an audit programme of the groung, accompanied by site visits. just wish i had 6 advisors to work for me. Regards Paul
