Posted By allan wood during an audit by the nhbc the auditor asked for evidence of health surveillance of persons who come into contact with wet cement. does anyone have a suitable queationaire which could be handed to our bricklayers etc to establish whether or not any further medical assissstance need be sought. thanks in advance.
