Hello,

I am currently in the process of developing a Road Traffic Accident Report form and would be grateful if anyone could provide me with any advice or information to help me with my task.

Additionally i plan to develop a database/spreadsheet which will record the findings from the RTA report forms and which will hopefully help identify any trends/causal factors from the accidents. Again any advice on this matter would be appreciated.
