Posted By Paul Oliver hi Sharon, HSE produce some good guidance on safe use of ladders, GS31 and construction sheet No.2. i have produced a policy and checklist for sub-contractors working with ladders. please e-mail me if you would like a copy. the training you require can be covered by a toolbox talk using info from the above docuements, this of course has to be enforced with suitable audits, inspection and supervision. cheers Paul
