You will find the ones that you can download free from this link http://www.dti.gov.uk/strd/strdpubs.html The DTI documents are aimed at manufacturers who wish to keep their product on the market! There are a number of 'pressure' regulations. The PSSR 2000 (SI 128) that you mention deals much more with the users of pressure systems, and how they should manage their systems safely. The manufacturing of pressure vessels is described by a number of other regulations, one of which is The Pressure Equipment Regulations 1999, SI no. 2001. The others include regs for 'simple pressure vessels' and 'transportable' vessels. Some of the DTI documents are quite helpful at sorting out what deals with what, Regards Jane
