Posted By Paul Hi all I was wondering if somebody could point me in the direction of a good stress strategy or maybe email one too me if possible. I have been trying to lay my hands on one for a few days now, but have so far been unsuccessful. Thanks in advance Paul.

Posted By Robert S Woods The TUC had an some excellent package of information on stress calleed the stress MOT have a look there. It was written for Euro week about two years ago but is still relevant. If you get no joy from the TUC site contact stresspack@worksafe.org.uk and they'll email you a copy for free.
