I have recently been told from a colleague that a member of his family has been diagnoised with Mesothelioma, upon further discussuions I found out his family member used to work on the docks unloading asbestos in its raw state and finished working in the 1980's. First my colleague wants to know if the 31st March deadline for claims are just for miners only (i.e. the TV ad's currently being shown) or does this dealine include all industrial/similar work related claims!!
