Do I need any formal qualifications to become an IOSH Member???
I am a company Health & Safety Officer at the moment in the Builders Merchants sector.
Also, I will be studying for the NEBOSH Diplomas, (part 1 and 2) over the next few months.
Any advice would be most appreciated.

Nick,

Look under the "Membership information" section.

Basically, you can join as an affiliate until you have the requisite qualifications and experience to move up the grades.
