If working on private land, behind secure fencing, where a footpath runs adjacent to on the other side, would there be a requirement to post signage. The footpath runs over fields, how often it is used is not known. Any thoughts appreciated, cheers.

No harm to anyone, felling small trees x 3 into private land. Signage would be men at work tree felling underneath
