I am looking for some material on Safety at Work' that is mandatory for any Safety Manual irrespective of the Industry.

This is other than Accident reporing / investigation, fire, evacuation, first aid etc.

I shall appreciate any help in this regard.

My recommendation would be to visit the HSE Small Firms website - even if you aren't small, it still provides you with a good summary of applicable law and how to set up a safety policy.
