I would be grateful for any information or ideas on how to effectively recruit, induct and train on a mass scale for a very large construction project. A recruitment drive will be held in the press of which I have little experience and I am very keen to get the wording right from the start to ensure that applicants with the relevant skills apply. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Think about using a questionaire. I used a system like that when recruiting for a large railway project. It enabled me to target what was required and where.

I now use the same sort of thing a lot.

Contact me direct if you want any further info
