My authority is considering appointing an Outdoor Education/PE Adviser and are askeing several people (sports development/H&S/urban/rural community workers)to input ideas, in order to produce a typical JD to suit this role. Has anyone got one that I can look at, similar to this description, so that I may get an idea of the general responsibilities to include?
