Posted By Kevin Edwards I wonder if anyone out there could give me some advice. I am reviewing our driving policy, one of the issue we are faced with is the amount of time our service engineers drive after doing a full days work (our engineers will only visit one site a day). I am aware of the implications of the working time directive, also rules for drivers whom have tachograph's. Is there any other guidelines that cover time spent driving after a full days work?

Posted By Chris Pope Hi Ken A very welcome discussion point. Rospa produce a kind of code of practice called Minibus Safety with a few words on this subject but by far the best publication I have come accross is dated Sept 1994 "Fatigue the hidden killer on our roads by the Transport & General Workers Union
