Posted By Eric Burt Gavin Why not use Mrs Hatton in the Hatton v Sutherland case or the recent one of Mr Barber (Barber v Somerset CC) which was heard by the Lords a couple of weeks ago. Mr Barber was one of the "Hatton 4" so the Lords judgement makes interesting reading. Alternatively you could just make one up which would overcome issues of confidentiality etc or chose a fictional character from one of those depressing soap operas on the telly - I don't watch them myself but when I have inadvertently changed channels and caught some of "Eastenders" it seems that they are all pretty stressed one way or another.
