Posted By Sarah Bessey Does anyone know of a company who makes custom made safety shoes? I have an employee who claims he can not wear safety shoes at the moment as he has a foot condition, however a risk assessment has identified that safety shoes should be worn in his work area.

Posted By Karen Todd Hi Sarah, Does he require custom made ordinary shoes? If not, then it should be possible to find safety shoes to suit. For example, I had someone who had a deformed foot from an accident. However, I knew that Caterpillars have really big toecaps compared to other safety shoes. The man tried Caterpillar safety shoes and finds them comfortable. Regards, Karen
