I am a H&S officer for a medium to large size engineering company that has large amounts of both manual & office based activities. Having recently implemented the HSE stress pilot tool and now being in the position to deliver my executive summary to senior management.
I would like to be able to compare our results with a similar organisation that has carried out the tool. The HSE don't seem to be able to help so if anyone is interested or can point me in the right direction It would be much appreciated.
