I note from you email address your based in Ireland, so for specific Irish based safety publications try Oak Tree Press they have a very good three volume set on Civil Liability for Industrial Accidents, also Round Hall publishing in Dublin have a few current safety titles on fire safety, general safety etc.
If you take a look at www.consultnet.ie - monthly pick of the books section, it may give you some ideas.
Also look at the publications on the IOSH website.
