Posted By STEVE Wondering if any one can help? Has anyone performed a risk assesment on a service users home. How do you possibly cover all areas required by the National Care Standards without imposing on the user. I am after a template risk assesment for Domicillary Care. If anyone could assist it would be much appreciated Thanks Steve

Posted By Ken Taylor I have treated this as a home safety issue, provided home safety and lone working training to carers and issued them with a RoSPA home safety check-list for carers. If they have a particular concern they raise this with the supervisor who can follow up or seek further advice.

Posted By Lorna Morris Steve I haven't forgotten! Could you please either give me a ring or e-mail your phone number as it's easier to explain what we have over the phone. Lorna
