Posted By Jack If yours is an LEA school I would suggest you contact the LEA Educational Visits Coordinator (title may vary slightly with different authorities), who should have the procedures in place. If it is a foundation or Voluntary Aided schoo, it would still be worth giving them a ring as they may well provide such a service (although they are not the employer).

Posted By Stuart C If you haven't already seen it & not got an educational visit coordinator well worth looking at DfES guidance "Health and Safety of Pupils on Educational Visits" its free if you phone them up they will send it to you, has some std forms in the back
