Guy's,

I'm about to prepare task risk assessment (TRA) for use by our Control Room Operators, whilst using DSE etc. Such things, I will be considering are equipment layout, lighting, noise and rest periods. Does anyone out there have a risk assessment that I could use as the bare bones of my TRA before I go and reinvent the wheel?

Your help is, as always, appreciated.

Regards
Frank

Frank,

Have a look at this:-

http://www.energyinst.org.uk/index.cfm?PageID=930

It's a guide to using a Staffing Assessment tool that was produced for the HSE. The exercise is no small task.

Cheers.
