Posted By Sean Fraser That's quite a list in the link provided - I had thought along with others that the FA 61 was effectively defunct, apparently not. The key question then is - have there been any 'recent' prosecutions that cited the Act as the source? Or is this Act going to become like many others, a progressively archane piece of obsolete legislation that remains "active" on the statute books but is seldom if ever referenced?
