Hi all,

Can anyone give me any pointers on the key differences in H&S legislation between N.Ireland and UK mainland.

I hope to set a management system and procedures that includes areas in NI.

There appears to be very little difference. We just wait for the legislation to be made by the mainland, then copy it a year or two later.

You can download a list of current NI legislation from HSENI's website, where there are also links to the text of the legislation from HMSO's website.
