Posted By Mark Bywater Kevin, To be fair, it was reported on Radio 5 last night that 3 people had slipped on steps next to the fountain, 2 adults and a child. All 3 were hospitalised but the child had later been sent home. The condition of the adults at the time was unclear. The designers, manufacturers and the H&S consultants for the job were coming together with the local council to decide what could be done to prevent this happening again. But I do take your point.
