Posted By Mark Bywater Kevin, To be fair, it was reported on Radio 5 last night that 3 people had slipped on steps next to the fountain, 2 adults and a child. All 3 were hospitalised but the child had later been sent home. The condition of the adults at the time was unclear. The designers, manufacturers and the H&S consultants for the job were coming together with the local council to decide what could be done to prevent this happening again. But I do take your point. Posted By Gavin Let's be realistic, the designers, installers, council, etc are all meeting to decide how to mitigate the claims that will arise and how to minimise the potential for further legal action!
