Posted By Robert S Woods I have a very good safety audit, which can be used to calculate a company's percentage H&S compliance. Each question is scored 0-3. The way I would have thought it worked was 0 = not done 1 = done but not recorded 2 = done recorded and compliant with regs, so what’s 3? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Bob

Posted By James B Bob, How about "3" for a best practice approach, something that goes beyond the requirements of the regulations. This would reflect innovations and forward thinking approaches. You may not find many 3's coming up though James
