Hi
Does anyone know where I can get copies of the assessment forms found in the manual handling section of this site.
http://www.freesafetycheck.co.uk/con9.htm
I deal with employees speaking several languages, pictures always help and these forms seem ideal for simple manual handling operations, I can translate the single words with Babelfish for the Polies and Latvians in the teams and the mime's getting better...

Thanks

Pad

Patrick,

The form is taken from the manual handling guide ref HSG 149 "Backs for the future" priced £8.50 from HSE books tel 01787 881165 and can be copied and used in house as an assessment form.
