Posted By Paul Barnacle I'm looking into how i can track the number of days lost due to injuries or illnesses sustained whilst at work. does anybody have a template of a form i could use or any suggestions on how i can implement such processes. Kind Regards Paul

Posted By Lewis T Roberts Hi Paul, Have you also considered gained time due to work related proffesional conscientiousness through unpaid overtime, weekend work for planning and shortened holidays to impress the powers that be that you are committed to the organisation. It would be interesting to see if the lost work days amounted to anything like the gained time, however I have not come across any study to authenticate figures. It dosn't really sell the safety message. Lew
