I’ve been invited to a seminar on accident investigation, which covers the new legislation and guidance on the subject.

Has anyone heard of, or can provide details of this new legislation or guidance?

Don't know how I missed the press release.

I've had a look at the publication on HSE direct. It looks pretty good but I think it's a bit to long winded for your smaller SMEs to use. They should produce an INDG version in a similar format to stating your business. It would probably be used by 1'000s more small business, but it wouldn't earn the HSE any money.
