The accreditation organisation I have used for all mobile platforms is IPAF. you can get a list of IPAF acredited training organisations at http://www.ipaf.org/

There are various courses for these types of access equipment under the CSCS scheme, accredited by the CITB.

Remember also that this equipment should be subject to test an inspection under PUWER and possibly LOLER. Therefore, if you own these machines you should have someone who is competent in testing and maintaining them in good working order. Even if you hire them in it is a good idea to have someone who is competent in carrying out a pre task inspection.

I've seen these things come over twice in the last five years so it best to be sure they are fit for purpose and used exactly as they are intended.
