In Sep2002 to June 03 i studied the NEBOSH Diploma part 1 and sat the exam in June prior to the end of the course the person running it left for another health and safety position
In August I received a conformation letter stating that I had a referral for 3 of my assignments after making enquires I discovered that the marks for three of my assignments have not been forwarded to NEBOSH.
I contacted the course provider who told me that my last assignment had been marked and the mark forwarded to NEBOSH. But this still left me two assignment marks short and the lecturer who marked them had now left and the person who had taken over could not find the records or the assignments.
This has been going on since September 2003 and have still not had this problem resolved even after numerous phone calls and a visit to the course provider.
Could someone please advise me how to resolve this situation as I have spent a lot of my own time and money on this course and don’t know what my options are?
