Posted By Paul Oliver Les, My first positive feedback as a H&S proffesional occured as a result of delivering H&S training. Previous to these training sessions I had actually conducted audits of the personnel involved, which resulted in some negative feedback,however during training sessions when it was made apparent what legal responsibilties these managers had, i started to recieve requests for further support, guidance and assistance. In my current role i carry out quite a lot of training, which both myself and the trainees quite enjoy. If you need any more info, please contact me direct. Regards Paul
