Hi all,

Is anyone aware of an ACOP for Safe use of Fork Lift Trucks?

If so do you know where I can obtain a copy?

Is it part of BS7121?

Regards

Giles

There was an HSE Guidance note - HS(G)6 Safety in working with Lift Trucks. But I don't know if it is available or up to date. Check with HSE Books or on their website.

Ok, found the guidance note for you. It looks like it was updated / revised in 2000.

Here is the link:

Giles,

you might also need to look at ACOP L117 - Rider operated lift trucks: Operator training and PM28 - Working platforms on Fork-lift trucks
